В дежурную часть отдела полиции № 21 Управления МВД России по г. Тольятти поступило заявление от местного жителя. В ходе проведения проверки правоохранители установили, что заявитель обратился в компанию, представляющую интересы так называемого форекс-брокера и стал жертвой обещаний высокого дохода.
Сотрудники полиции предупреждают! В офисе компании менеджеры рассказывают про сложнейшие инвестиционные схемы и возможности выгодно инвестировать денежные средства. Для не посвященного человека такая информация может быть запутанной, и этим пользуются мошенники.
Предметом преступного посягательства, помимо денежных средств, является недвижимое имущество – квартиры. Продавая жилплощадь, граждане убеждены, что могут выкупить квадратные метры за счет выигрышей на рынке межбанковского обмена валюты. Денежные средства, полученные с продажи квартир, а также личные сбережения, потерпевшие вносили на торговые счета, открытые, как правило, в оффшорах. Впоследствии самостоятельно либо пользуясь услугами трейдера граждане проигрывали.
Пресс-служба ГУ МВД России по Самарской области не указывает, на какого конкретно форекс-брокера поступило заявление. Напомним, что расследованием уголовных дел, возбужденных по фактам мошеннической деятельности лиц, аффилированных с компанией , занимается ГСУ МВД РФ по Самарской области. Если вы стали жертвой мошенников из , с заявлением о преступлении можно обратиться в территориальные отделы полиции.
С 2016 года в России действует Закон о деятельности форекс-компаний, согласно которому последние обязаны вступить в саморегулируемые организации и получить лицензию на осуществление деятельности форекс-дилера от Центрального банка России. Форекс-дилер — это юридическое лицо, которое должно быть зарегистрировано на территории РФ. Принятые от физического лица денежные средства должны зачисляться с банковского счета физического лица на номинальный счет форекс-дилера, открытый в банке, находящемся на территории РФ.
Полиция напоминает: если Вы стали жертвой мошенничества, незамедлительно обращайтесь в органы внутренних дел. Вовремя поступивший сигнал о деятельности преступников повышает шансы установить личности злоумышленников по горячим следам. Будьте бдительными!
